BUTLER: The death of Hazel Anne Butler occurred at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, November 22, 2010. Ceremony to Celebrate Hazel's Life will be held at Memories Chapel, 330 - 18th Street North, Brandon, Manitoba on Friday, November 26, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Mr. Joe Ball, Hospital Chaplain will officiate. Interment will follow in Brandon Cemetery. Complete obituary will follow. Donations in memory of Hazel may be made to Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation for Western MB Cancer Care Project, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2B3.
