SOMERSET: Mr. Gordon Donald Somerset, beloved husband of Georgina, dear father of Steven and Barry (Tara), grandfather of Journey, Samuel, Valley, Athalia and Layla, passed away peacefully at the Assiniboine Centre on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at the age of 80 years. A Celebration of Gordon’s Life will be held at the Bethel Christian Assembly, 440 Richmond Avenue, Brandon on Friday, November 26, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Davis officiating. A time of fellowship and refreshments will follow at the church. Donations in memory of Gordon may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation, “Palliative Care”, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2B3.
