YOUNG: Sherri-Lynn Marilyn. It is with great sadness that the family of Sherri-Lynn Young announce her passing at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, Brandon, Manitoba on Thursday, November 18th, 2010 at the age of 45 years. Sherri-Lynn Young (nee Plath) of Brandon, Manitoba, dearly loved wife of Lieutenant-Colonel Tim Young. Beloved mother of Brittany and Stuart. Precious daughter of Weldon and Marilyn Plath (nee Thom), Pembroke; and loving sister of Kevin Plath (fiancé Karen Weichenthal), Petawawa; and Corey Plath (wife Lori) and family, Arnprior. Loving granddaughter of Harold and Gloria Thom (nee Bradley), Pembroke; and the late Adeline and Norbert Plath, Pembroke. Dearly loved daughter-in-law of Eunice and the late Alistair Young, Oakville, Ontario. Sister-in-law of Judith Young, Oakville; and Andrew Young (Susan), Orangeville. A Service was held at Zion Lutheran Church, Pembroke, Ontario on November 26, 2010. Interment followed at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery. A celebration of Sherri-Lynn’s life will be held at St. Barbara’s Chapel, Shilo, Manitoba on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with a reception to follow in the Officer’s Mess.Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.memorieschapel.com.Arrangements are with Memories Chapel & Pre-Planning Centre, 727-0330.
