PHELPS: Dorothy Jean, age 79 years, beloved wife of the late Joseph Phelps, died in the Hartney Community Health Centre, on Sunday, December 19, 2010. A graveside service will be held at Riverside Cemetery Hartney, Manitoba in the spring of 2011. In memory of Jean, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
