TAYLOR: It is with profound sorrow we announce the passing of Joseph Russell Taylor (Wambdi Waokiya Najin) with his family by his side, on Saturday, February 19, 2011. Joseph has begun his journey into the spirit world. Joseph will be brought home on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. for a traditional wake at the Sioux Valley Veteran’s Hall. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sioux Valley Veteran’s Hall. Interment will follow at the Elk Family Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation, “Renal Dialysis”, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2B3.
