FORSYTH: Jack, 69 years, beloved husband of Phyllis Forsyth, father of Keith and Kristin, died in the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Thursday, March 24, 2011. Funeral Service will be held at the Centennial Centre, Hartney, Manitoba on Monday, March 28, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Private interment in the Riverside Cemetery, Hartney. In memory of Jack, donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation of Canada Unit 1-452 Dovercourt Drive Winnipeg, Manitoba R3Y 1G4.
