TREMBLAY: Jacques Andrew Tremblay of Minnedosa, MB passed away on May 4, 2011 at the Minnedosa Health Centre at the age of 66 years. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 9, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church Minnedosa, Manitoba. Prayers will take place on Sunday, May 8, at 7:00 p.m. in the Church. Interment will take place at St. Lazare Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association. Minnedosa Funeral Service, Minnedosa, Manitoba in care of arrangements (204) 867-3868.
