GOMPF: W. Lorne Gompf, beloved husband of the late Jean Gompf; father of Carolyn (Kevin) Lief and Shannon (Wayne) Schweitzer; poppa of Tyler (Sarah), Ashton (Steve), Danielle, Ryen, Sean; special friend of Linda Denbow; passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre, Brandon, Manitoba; on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 83 years of age. A service to celebrate Lorne’s life will be held at the Kenton Memorial Hall, Kenton, Manitoba, on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. A private family interment will take place at the Virden Cemetery.
