PHELPS: George Phelps of Rossburn, Manitoba passed away at the Russell Health Centre on Monday, July 4, 2011 at the age of 77 years. George is survived by his son Tom of Winnipeg, daughter Ivy Phelps of Rossburn and three grandsons: Billy, Gregory and Philip Blake. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Milford Cemetery, Treesbank, Manitoba with Russ Andrew officiating. If friends so desire, donations may be made to a charity of their choice.
