SEENS: Margaret (Marg) Seens passed away peacefully, with family at her side, at the Fairview Personal Care Home, Brandon, Manitoba, on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at the age of 88 years. Marg is survived by daughter Lynda McLachlan, sons Bud (Linda), Ray (Pat), and daughter-in-law Josie (Don) Curren. A time of viewing and visitation will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 from 7-8 p.m. A Celebration of Marg’s Life will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with Mr. Lawrence McInnes, Brockie Donovan Funeral Celebrant, officiating. A private interment will take place at the Tarbolton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marg may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation, Manitoba Chapter, 350 St. Mary Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 3J2, Brandon Humane Society, 2200-17th Street E., Brandon, MB, R7A 7M5 or a charity of choice.
