LELOND: Rowena M. Lelond (Parker), beloved mother of Dianna Harrison, Jo-Ann Reid and Glen Parker, and stepmother of Vince Lelond, passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at the age of 85 years. A Celebration of Rowena’s Life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Shannon McCarthy of Central United Church officiating. Interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Westman Dreams for Kids Foundation, Unit 2-37-11th Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 4J2.
