HUDSON: Rev. Donald Ross Hudson died Nov. 2, 2011 at Rideau Park Personal Care Home, Brandon, Manitoba. He was predeceased by his parents Dr. Ed and Dorothy Hudson and his brother Dr. Robert J. Hudson. Don is survived by his wife Colleen; daughter Hilaire and grandson Lennon and granddaughter Faith; son Morgan Hudson (Sarah Redman); sister Joan (Bob) Lidington; sister Dorothy Jane Hudson and numerous nieces and nephews. Don practised law with Clement, Pearson, Williams and Mykle. Later he was ordained in the United Church of Canada serving several churches. By request, a private celebration of Don’s life for family and invited friends will be held at Campbell Funeral Chapel, Hamiota, Manitoba with interment following in the Hamiota Cemetery. No flowers please. Donations may be made in Don’s memory to the Alzheimer Society Manitoba, 1-613 10th St, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 4G6 or to the Hamiota District Health Centre Foundation, Box 671, Hamiota, Manitoba, R0M 0T0.
