GRIFFITHS: Mary Elizabeth (Watters), 92, occurred Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Hillcrest Place, Brandon, MB. Graveside service will be held on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Arrow River Cemetery. A luncheon will be held in the Arrow River hall following the graveside service. Mary was born in Arrow River, MB on January 28, 1919. She was predeceased by her parents, Patrick and Ellen; her husband Samuel in 1956; three brothers (William, Richard and Francis); three sisters (May, Eileen and Mildred). Mary is survived by her son, Kenneth (Wendy) of Brandon; daughter, Margaret (Robert) of Winnipeg; sister-in-law Mae Watters of Arrow River and many nieces and nephews. She has three granddaughters (Marilyn, Tracy and Wendy) and two grandsons (Darrell and Brent) and also three great-grandsons (Michael, Jordon and Cameron). Grandson Brent Griffiths will be urn bearer and granddaughter Tracy McDonald will read her eulogy at the luncheon. Flowers are gratefully declined.
