PHILLIPS: Randy, 61 years, beloved husband of Elaine Phillips, father of Karen, beloved son of Joan and the late Sid Phillips, died in the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Wednesday November 23, 2011. Funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church, Souris, Manitoba on Saturday November 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. followed by a time of fellowship and refreshments at the Souris Legion Clubroom. In memory of Randy, donations may be made to Cancer Care Manitoba, Souris Hospital Palliative Care Fund, c/o ARHA, Box 10, Souris, Manitoba, R0K 2C0 or to a charity of your choice.
