HICKS: Elmer Lawrence, 96 years, beloved husband of the late Dorothy Hicks and the late Shirley Hicks, father of Shirley and Arnold, died in the Hartney Community Health Centre on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. Funeral service will be held at Lauder United Church, Lauder, Manitoba on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Private interment in the Lauder Cemetery. In memory of Elmer, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Lauder Cemetery Fund.
