FRIESEN: Erica Stacy Friesen passed away on Jan. 28, 2012 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre at 24 years of age. She was born at the same hospital on Nov. 19, 1987. Erica grew up on a farm near Gladstone Manitoba, attending Gladstone Elementary School and graduating from MacGregor Collegiate Institute in 2005, going on to study music at Brandon University. She had a joyful spirit and simply loved people. She enjoyed music, animals, and took every opportunity to brighten someone's day. She was predeceased by her Grandmother Helen Horobin. She is survived by her parents Jake and Linda Friesen; her life partner Adam; her siblings Jaclyn (Matt) and Travis; her Grandfather Tom Horobin and her Grandparents Jacob and Anne Friesen. Viewing will be held Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. in the McDiarmid Drive Alliance Church, Brandon, MB. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the McDiarmid Drive Alliance Church, Brandon, MB with Pastors Randy Fehr & Dan Pope officiating. A private family interment will be held at Rosewood Cemetery, Brandon, Manitoba. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Clarke’s Funeral Home, Gladstone in care of arrangements.
