TURNER: Richard Dick Turner, passed away at the Carberry Hospital on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at the age of 79 years with loving family by his side. Dick was born on November 3, 1932 in the R.M of Clanwilliam. He worked for many years in the plumbing trade, owning Summit Mechanical in Brandon. He retired from business to pursue his dream of raising purebred polled Hereford cattle in Alexander, MB. He retired a short while to Brandosa Beach then to Plumas, MB for 11 years before settling in Carberry in October 2008. Dick was predeceased by his father William, mother Rose, brother Francis and sister Betty. He is survived by his loving wife Jane; step-son Rick (Tammy) and grandsons Tyler, Matthew and Christopher as well as son Blaine and family; daughter Cheryl and family; daughter Maureen and family and daughter Glenda and family of a previous marriage; older brother Gordon and younger brother Robert. Out of respect for Dicks wishes, cremation has taken place with no Service to follow.
