WEIR: Linda Dianne Weir of Brandon passed away suddenly on March 12, 2012 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre at the age of 67 years. Linda was born on October 5, 1944 in Russell, MB. She was raised on a farm near Angusville, MB where she also received her education. Linda later moved to Russell after the death of her father. During her lifetime, she worked on the farm and also for the Robinson’s Department store in Russell. Linda’s main love was raising her family and she took great pleasure in her grandchildren. Linda is survived by her daughter Tracy Mears of Brandon, son David (Maxine) Weir of Rivers and daughter Crystal (David) Dyck of Alexander; grandchildren: Megan, Josh, Sarah, Ryley, Shayna, Andrew, Christopher, Alyssa and Daeglen. Also surviving are her sister Linda Grace Angus and her children Catherine Angus and family and Robert Angus and family, all of Brandon. Linda was predeceased by her husband Walter Weir and her parents, Clifford and Barbara Adolph. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Love you mom.
