TERNOWSKI: Steve Ternowski of Birtle, MB., passed away at the Sunnyside Manor Personal Care Home, Birtle, on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the age of 89 years. Steve is survived by his brothers: Paul of St. Catharines, Ont., Peter of Carberry, MB., Joe (Ann) of Winnipeg, MB., sister Ellen Ternowski of St. Catharines, Ont. and his special friend Jean Presniak of Birtle, MB. The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. from the Sacred Heart of Jesus Ukrainian Catholic Church, Rossburn with Fr. Mykhaylo Khomitskyy officiating. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Birtle Palliative Care Program.
