OBEDNIAK: Thomas Obedniak of Russell, Manitoba passed away at the Russell Personal Care Home on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 94 years of age. Prayers will be said Monday, April 9, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. from St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, Russell. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, Russell with Father Mykhaylo Khomitskyy and Father Michael Tkachuk officiating. Interment to follow in the Russell Memorial Gardens. If friends so desire donations may be made to the Russell Personal Care Home or Russell Palliative Care Service.
