KOZAK: William Michael “Bill,” beloved husband of Judy, passed away at the Souris Personal Care Home on Monday, May 14, 2012 at the age of 71 years. Bill is also survived by his daughter Michelle, grandchildren Cody (Alex), Kilee (Dan) and great granddaughter Skyelynn; son Allan (Cathy) and grandchildren Amanda, Samantha and Josh. Cremation took place and a private family graveside service was held at the Minnewawa Cemetery. Donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Souris Health Centre, Box 10, Souris, MB, R0K 2C0.
