SMITH: Herbert Joseph (Joe) passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Saturday, May 26, 2012, at the age of 82 years. Joe was known by many for his years in the building business in the city. He was predeceased by his first wife Grace Udey and of late, by his wife Loraine Porterfield. He will be lovingly remembered by his children: Joy (Ted) Asham; Betty (Harold) Nelson; Donald (Wendy) Smith; Richard (Rose) Smith; Kim Byczkowski; Wendy (Terry) Smith; and Loraine’s children Doug Porterfield and Patricia Raviolas and their families. A graveside service will be held at the Brandon Cemetery on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. The family also extends an invitation to join them in a time of fellowship following the service at the Royal Oak Inn at 12:00 p.m. Flowers are gratefully declined.
