SHELLBORN: Emil Shellborn of Erickson, MB passed away at the Minnedosa Health Centre on Monday, June 25, 2012 at the age of 84 years. Emil is survived by his 2 sons: Wade (Janice) Shellborn of Erickson, Spencer Shellborn of Erickson and daughter Darcie (Peter) Herbert of Tilston, MB., seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Emil is also survived by brothers: Olaf (Lula) Shellborn of Maple Ridge, BC, Ray Shellborn of Whonnock, BC, sisters: Doris Carton of Maple Ridge, BC, Viola Burkett of Erickson, MB. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. from Rae’s Funeral Chapel, Erickson. The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. from the Erickson Lutheran Church, Erickson, MB with Rev. Jim Vickers officiating. Interment will follow in the Erickson Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
