SMITH: Harold “Lawrence” Smith, beloved husband of 44 years to Brenda of Chestermere, AB, passed away at the Peter Lougheed Hospital on Sunday, July 29, 2012 at the age of 69 years. He was the loving father of Trevor and Trent (Cindy), dear grandfather to Steven and Andrew. He will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends. Lawrence will be lovingly remembered by his sister Marlene (Keith) Robins and cousins Gerri and Gerald Wilson. Memorial donations in Lawrence's name may be made directly to the Canadian Diabetes Association (204, 2323 - 32 Ave. NE, Calgary, AB, T2H 1Y4) or Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation (100, 119 - 14 St., NW, Calgary, AB, T2N 1Z6). A Celebration of Life will be held in Brandon, Manitoba on August 11, 2012 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Victoria Inn (3550 Victoria Ave.). A private family Graveside Service will be held.
