BIRCH: The death of Cecil Birch occurred on September 4, 2012 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Ceremony to Celebrate Cecil's life will be held at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North, on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with a time of fellowship to follow. Interment will be at the Brandon Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined, donations in memory of Cecil may be made to a charity of choice. Complete obituary information will follow.
