MacKAY: Florence Primrose MacKay, beloved mother of Sandra (Larry) Wallace, Karen (Bob) Johnston, Coleen (Harley) Bryson, Cheryle (Dwayne) Hoglander and Ronelda Paddock (Wayne Kreller), passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Monday, September 17, 2012 at the age of 96 years. Florence was predeceased by her dear husband Ronald MacKay and infant son, Ray. A private family interment will take place at the Hilton Cemetery on Friday, September 21, 2012, followed by a memorial service at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, Brandon at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Craig Miller of Knox United Church will officiate. Donations in memory of Florence may be made to The Arthritis Society, Suite 105-386 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 3R6 or to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation, “Palliative Care,” 150 McTavish Ave. East, Brandon, MB, R7A 2B3.
