DRUMMOND: Effie J. Drummond; formerly of Kenton, MB; beloved wife of the late Harold Drummond and mother of Sandra Drummond, Gloria (Gerald) Smith, and Jim (Alberta) Drummond; passed away at Birch Lodge Personal Care Home, Hamiota, MB on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 96 years of age. A service to celebrate Effie’s life will be held at the Kenton United Church, Kenton, MB on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 2:00 pm. Interment to take place at the Shiloh Cemetery. For those so desiring, donations may be made in Effie’s memory to the Shiloh Cemetery Fund, Box 130, Kenton, MB, R0M 0Z0 or to Birch Lodge Personal Care Home, Hamiota, MB, R0M 0T0.
