CHARKOS: William "Bill" Charkos, beloved husband of Judy and dear father of Shawna and Jackie, passed away suddenly in the city on Saturday, October 27, 2012. Ceremony to Celebrate Bill's life will be held at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North, on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. Arlene Robertson will officiate. Placement of cremated remains will follow at the Brandon Cemetery Columbarium. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in memory of Bill may be made to a charity of choice.
