DEMAS: It is with sadness that the family of Ben Demas, age 62, of Brandon, beloved husband of Cathy and father of Mary, announce that his death occurred on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Prayers will be said at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North, on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church, 327 – 4th Street, Brandon on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 10: 30 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Kevin Smith as Celebrant. If friends so desire, donations in memory of Ben may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation – “A Sense of Home” Campaign, 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, MB R7A 2B3 or the Brandon Humane Society, 2200 17th Street East, Brandon, MB R7A 7M6.
