COTÉ: It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother, Madeline Coté, on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at Rideau Park Personal Care Home. She is now with her Lord and Saviour and has joined her husband Edouard, son-in-law John Kennedy and grandson Terry Joye in heaven. She was also predeceased by infant sister Josephine; brothers Francis Spurrill, John Spurrill and sister Mary Acorn. We were blessed to have our mother until the age of 101 years, sound of mind and memory. Daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine (OSullivan) Spurrill, Madeline was born October 30, 1911 in the R.M. of Riverside, Manitoba. She is survived by her children Patricia (Cyril) Joye, Helen Kennedy, Ron (Sally) Coté; seven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. We would like to thank the staff at Rideau Park for the loving care they gave our mother. A Ceremony of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Felix de Valois Roman Catholic Church, Dunrea, Manitoba on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Philip Malayil celebrating.
