COWAN: Cecile Emily, beloved wife of Donald Cowan and mother of Tonia (Dennis) Sparks , Tony (Donna) Kotylak , Kim (Lisa) Cowan, Michelle (Jim) Duncan and Tina (Rob) Creller, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, at Virden Health Centre on January 27, 2013 at the age of 69 years. A service to celebrate Cecile’s life will be held at G. R. Carscadden Funeral Chapel, Virden, Manitoba on Monday, February 11 at 1:00 p.m. The interment will be in McAuley Cemetery following a time of fellowship and refreshments in the Virden Legion Hall.
