SHWALUK: Anne passed away peacefully at Hillcrest Place on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by her first husband Bill Peech in 1987 and her step-son John Shwaluk in 2012. Left to mourn is her husband Matt Shwaluk, step- daughter Diane (Bill) Salyn and their children and grandchildren. Also left to mourn her loss are several sisters-in-law, brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. Divine Liturgy will be held at the Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Oakburn, Manitoba on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Mykhaylo Khomitskyy officiating. Rae's Funeral Home of Shoal Lake in care of arrangements. A very special thank-you to the management and staff of Hillcrest Place for the wonderful care and compassion that they provided for Anne for the past ten years.
