Death comes for us all; even at our birth even at our birth, death does but stand aside a little. And every day he looks towards us and muses somewhat to himself whether that day or the next he will draw nigh.PEPPER: Dr Evan Harold, 1927-2013. Our father, Evan Pepper, died peacefully on March 27, 2013, surrounded by his daughters. He is survived by his children Mary, Julie (Ray), Perpetua (Jim), Jane (Mark) and David (Michael); grandchildren Tony (Jackie), Jason, Marita (Luke), Lauren, Claire (Nick), Stefan (Deneen), Tristan and great-grandson Carter. He is also survived by his wife Bozenna and her family, sister-in-law Judy, and numerous nieces and nephews from Michigan. He was pre-deceased by his parents, Evan and Inez Pepper, his first wife Marie (nee Poznanski), his son Damien, his sisters Mary (Meme) Pepper and Ellen (and Joe) Callahan, brother Robert and son-in-law Bob Kosta. At Evans request, there will be no funeral service.
