VANBESELAERE: Georgette Vanbeselaere of Melita, passed away at the Melita Health Centre, Melita, MB. on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at the age of 79. Georgette is survived by her husband Albert; seven children: Lorraine (Val) Pomedli of Pilger, SK.; Lorna (Ken) Warsaba of Melita; Ron (Deb) Vanbeselaere of Melita; Doug (Nancy) Vanbeselaere of Calgary, AB.; Judy (Kelvin) Edwards of Medora; Terry (Lisa) Vanbeselaere of Reston; and Dwayne (Lynn) Vanbeselaere of Melita. She has 21 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers: Roger (Rachel) Breemersch, George (Paulette) Breemersch, Gaston (Janet) Breemersch and Maurice Breemersch all of Deloraine; sisters: Yvonne (George) Beuselinck of Deloraine and Maria (John) Snyder of Melita; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Gustave and Eveline (Vermeulen) Breemersch. Prayers will be said at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Melita on Monday, April 15, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the church on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Paul Bisson as celebrant. Interment at the Melita Cemetery will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, donations in memory of Georgette may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation, “Murray House Cancer Treatment Residence,” 150 McTavish Avenue East, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2B3 or to the Melita Palliative Care Fund, Box 459, Melita, MB.
