WILSON: Elizabeth [Betty] Wilson of Brandon, MB. passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 9th, 2013 at the age of 75 years. Betty is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Myrna [Bob] Smith of Nipawin, Sk., son, Murray Erickson of Austin, Texas, grandchildren, Becky Verishine, Sacha [Marc] Johnson, Shane [Kate Ney] Smith and Austin Erickson, three great grandchildren, Leighton and Brogan Verishine and Avah Johnson, brother; Barry [Audrey] Cutter, sisters: May Scott and Wilma Braun, numerous nieces and nephews that were very special to her. Mom was a generous woman, a caregiver to many, a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She had a lot of dear friends that were very close to her. She will be remembered by her friends and family with love and respect. Mom’s wishes were to have a private family interment at the Erickson Cemetery. Myrna and Murray would like to invite family and friends to a Celebration of Life Luncheon honoring their mom's memory at the Victoria Inn, Brandon, MB. on May 4th 2013 at 1:00 pm. Grateful thanks to the staff at Erickson Health Centre and the Pallative Care volunteers for their care and compassion.
