HARKNESS: Thelma Irene, 97 years old, beloved wife of the late Bob Harkness, mother of Merv and Lola, died in the Souris Personal Care Home on Thursday, April 25, 2013. Funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church, Souris, Manitoba on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Private interment in Rosewood Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Brandon, Manitoba. In memory of Thelma, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice. Kowalchuk’s Funeral Home Souris, in care of arrangements.
