MURRAY: Kelly Laura Murray of Otter Lake, Manitoba tragically passed away at Portage La Prairie, MB at the age of 21 years on May 22, 2013. Kelly was born October 9, 1991 at High River, AB. She attended school in Brandon, MB and graduated from the Neelin Off Campus School. She worked in Alberta for a year and returned to Manitoba to pursue a career in Hair Styling. Kelly is survived by her parents Shaun and Elinor Murray of Otter Lake, brother Alex Murray and fiancé Krista Mills of Alexander, MB; sister Allison Scullion and husband Matthew; nephews Nathan, Matthew Jr. and Nicole of Black Diamond, AB. A Celebration of Kelly’s life will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Erickson Legion Hall, 30 1st Street SW, Erickson, MB. Interment will take place in the Fairmont Cemetery at a later date. The family would appreciate that in lieu of flowers donations can be sent to The Friends of Education Fund (Brandon School Division 1031 – 6th Street Brandon, MB R7A 4K5) in memory of Kelly Murray.
