CZECH: Louis Anthony (Lewie). It is with heavy hearts we said goodbye to our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. After his courageous battle with cancer, Lewie passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the Assiniboine Centre on Saturday, June 8, 2013. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph’s Polish National Catholic Church, 1111 Assiniboine Avenue, on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. A Celebration of Lewie’s life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Friday, June 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with The Very Rev. Fr. Jerzy Urbanski officiating. Donations in memory of Lewie may be made to St. Joseph’s Polish National Catholic Church, The Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of one’s choice.
