RIDDELL: Frank Arthur Riddell, February 16, 1953 to August 27, 2013, peacefully at his home in Winnipeg. Son of the late Arthur and Marguerite Riddell of Winnipeg, Frank is survived by his loving sisters, Bunny (Wes Pratt) of Nanoose Bay, BC and Carol Ann (Les) Trabert of Kettleby, ON. Remembered fondly by family - Justin George; Susan (Dave) Lyons and Eze McKay; Jennifer Trabert (Lin Sallay), Hudson and Grayson; Katie (Anthony) D’Elia, David and Matthew - all in the Toronto area. Frank’s passion was CanadianTaxpayers Federation, and he was one of the first fundraisers in Manitoba, over 20 years ago. Donations in his name can be made to www.taxpayer.com, the CTF website. A memorial service is at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 13th at St. Luke’s Anglican Church, Winnipeg, with Bardal Funeral Home handling arrangements.
