de DELLEY: It is with heavy hearts and great sadness the family of Shawn Dennis Owen Francis de Delley announce his passing on Friday, September 6, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. We lost a loving husband, devoted father, brother and friend. Shawn will be missed by all who knew him and lovingly remembered by his wife Kari and amazing daughters Kristen and Laura. A Celebration of Shawn’s life will be held at McDiarmid Drive Alliance Church, 635 McDiarmid Drive, on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with Funeral Celebrant, Kim Lewarne officiating. A private family interment will follow at the Brandon Cemetery Columbarium. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, donations in memory of Shawn may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 415-1st Street, Brandon, MB, R7A 2W8. Complete obituary information to follow.
