WITHERSPOON: Passed away suddenly on Wednesday October 9, 2013 at the age of 76 years, Glen Harvey Witherspoon, of Glenboro, MB. Glen leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife of 55 years Agnes (nee Hilhorst), sons Mark (Carol) of Boissevain, Todd (Darcy) of Carberry, Ian (Sandy) of Killarney, grandchildren Tyrell, Kayla, Lindsay (Riley), Scott (Sam), Joey, Kerry (Karrick), & Jordan; great granddaughter Kooper; sister Elinore (Cecil) Coleman of Whitewood Sask. as well as numerous nieces, nephews & extended relatives & friends. Glen was predeceased by his parents Harvey & Sadie (nee Dodds), grandson Graeme Witherspoon, daughter -in-law Frieda Witherspoon, sister Elaine Brogden & brother Pat Witherspoon. A Celebration of Glen’s life will be held on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 11:00 am in the Glenboro United Church with Rev. Margret Kristjansson officiating.
