DINSDALE: Ivy Lillian Dinsdale of Brandon passed away at Dinsdale Personal Care Home, on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at the age of 96 years. Ivy leaves many nieces, nephews and good friends to remember her quick wit, sense of humour and entertaining jokes. Ivy was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was predeceased by her first husband Ernie Peacock and by her second husband, Charles Dinsdale. A time of viewing and visitation will be held at Brockie Donovan Funeral Home, 332-8th Street, on Sunday, October 27, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A Celebration of Ivy’s Life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel on Monday, October 28, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Ivy may be made to The Salvation Army, 9 Princess Avenue East, Brandon, MB, R7A 1R8. Messages of condolence may be placed at www.brockiedonovan.com.
