MECAS: Andy Mecas of Waywayseecappo First Nation, MB passed away at the Russell District Health Centre on Monday, October 28, 2013 at the age of 67 years. Traditional wake will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. and the funeral will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from the Waywayseecappo First Nation Band Hall. Interment will follow in the Presbyterian Cemetery. Braendle-Bruce Funeral Service of Russell is in care of arrangements. (204) 773-2747
