JONES: June Darling Jones, beloved wife of Lawrence and dear mother of Laura Jones, passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at the age of 81 years. A Celebration of June’s Life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Dong-Ha Kim of First Presbyterian Church officiating. Donations in memory of June may be made to the June & Lawrence Jones Scholarship Fund for Music History and Literature, Brandon University, 270-18th Street, Brandon, MB, R7A 6A9 or to The Arthritis Society, Suite 105-386 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 3R6.
