BOUCHARD: Jacques (Jake) Bouchard June 2, 1934 - December 3, 2013. With his wife by his side Jake passed away peacefully at the age of 79 after a short battle with lung cancer. He is survived by his wife Betty of 58 years and children, John, Ron, Jackie, Renee and Michael and their families. The family would like to thank the St. Boniface Palliative Care Team and Riverview Palliative Care 3E. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, December 9th, 2013 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba. If friends so desire donations can be made to Riverview Health Centre or St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit.
