DOWALATEK: Elizabeth Alice Dowalatek; of Birtle, MB, formerly Oak River, MB; beloved wife of the late Barney Dowalatek; mother of Joyce (Russ) Blelloch, Shirley (Jim) Miller, Bev (Glen) Hunter, Sandra (Bill) McKenzie, Lisa (Allen) Verhaeghe; passed away at the Hamiota District Health Centre, Hamiota, MB on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 88 years of age. A service to celebrate Alice’s life will be held at the Oak River United Church, Oak River, MB on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 2:00pm with interment following in the Oak River Cemetery. For those so desiring, donations may be made in Alice’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
