PACHECO: Rafael Pacheco, beloved husband of Ashley and dear father of Sammy, Akira and Phylex, passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the age of 34 years. A service to celebrate Rafael’s life will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th Street, on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. with Funeral Celebrant, Kim Lewarne, officiating.
