DOUGALL:Joseph James “Joe” Dougall, beloved husband of the late Ruth Dougall died on April 28, 2014 at Fairview Home in Brandon, Manitoba at the age of 93. In accordance with Joe’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at Boissevain Cemetery.
