KENT: Allen Wesley Kent was born July 6, 1921, in Unity, Saskatchewan. He passed away May 10, 2014 at Fairview Personal Care Home, Brandon, Manitoba. Allen was a young man when he and his family moved to Brandon, and it was here that he developed his hardworking ways. He worked hard at farming, road construction, Kent Construction and Zenith Paving. After retiring from Kent Construction, Allen went back to farming with his only son for many years. When Allen wasn’t working, he enjoyed many hours hunting and fishing. Allen is survived by his wife, Irene, son, Robert and daughter-in-law Regina (children Amanda and Gordon). Sister-in-law, Ruth Kent, and brother-in-law, William Mossop. As per Allen’s wishes, a private funeral service will be held. Messages of condolence may be placed at www.brockiedonovan.com.
