BRUCE:Doris Ellen Bruce (nee Penelton); beloved wife of the late George Bruce; mother of Marilyn Bruce and Cathy (Phil) Fafard; grandmother of Philip, Cateline, Luke, Aimee; passed away at the Hamiota District Health Centre, Hamiota, MB on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 88 years of age. A service to celebrate Doris’s life will be held at the Miniota United Church, Miniota, MB on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 2:00pm with a time of fellowship taking place in the Miniota Community Hall. A private family interment will take place at the Miniota Cemetery. For those so desiring, donations may be made in Doris's memory to the Hudson Suite, c/o Hamiota District Health Centre, Hamiota, MB, R0M 0T0 or to the Miniota & Area Foundation, Box 70, Miniota, MB, R0M 1M0.
